1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using AstroStarCheck, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You must be at least 16, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services, and legally able to accept these Terms.

2. Nature of the service

The service provides astronomical calculations, traditional and modern astrology interpretations, relationship-chart tools, historical-event comparison, AI-assisted writing, and downloadable reports. Astrology is a symbolic interpretive tradition and has not been scientifically demonstrated to predict specific events reliably.

Outputs are for personal reflection, cultural study, and entertainment. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, employment, or safety advice and must not be the sole basis for a high-impact decision.

3. User data and third-party information

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information entered into the browser. Enter only your own data or data you are authorised to use. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person's privacy.

Local data may be lost when website storage is cleared, the browser profile is removed, or the browser or device fails. Keep your own backup of anything important.

4. AI and third-party services

You choose and configure the AI provider. Provider output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, delayed, or unavailable. API usage, charges, retention, and provider terms are your responsibility. Place search, hosting, analytics, and advertising also depend on third-party services governed by their own terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape private interfaces, misuse another person's data, impersonate others, or use output for unlawful discrimination, harassment, fraud, or high-impact automated decisions.

6. Intellectual property

The site's software, design, explanatory text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain rights in content you enter. You may use generated readings for personal purposes, subject to third-party model terms and applicable law.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Calculations and reports may contain errors caused by inaccurate birth data, time-zone assumptions, software defects, ephemeris limitations, or interpretation choices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. Liability and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from reliance on readings, AI output, unavailable services, lost browser data, or third-party conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes, termination, and law

The service or these Terms may change. The effective date will be updated for material revisions. Access may be limited to protect security or comply with law. Applicable law and courts are determined by mandatory consumer and conflict-of-law rules; these Terms do not remove protections that apply in your place of residence.
